PeQu Acorn-Fed Iberian Pork Pluma (Pluma Iberica de Bellota)

It is the front part of the loin and have triangular shape. It should not be confused with cuts of loin. It is also named " bucher´s steak".
It is very succulent meat, extremely tender, with delicate taste.
This meat comes from Iberian Acorn-Fed porks that roam freely in the meadows"Dehesas".
The weight of each piece is about 200 grs. Frozen item.
